Bible Reading Plan Yearly

Bible Reading Plan

The Bible is made up of 66 different books but which tell one harmonious story – God’s story. In this Bible reading plan, every day you’ll read from the Old Testament, Psalms, Wisdom literature, Gospels and the Epistles. This plan was designed to help people better understand the Bible’s story and see how the different parts are beautifully connected together. For example, when reading the stories about David’s life you’ll also read the corresponding Psalm written during that part of his life. Additionally when reading the prophetical books you’ll also read the corresponding historical narrative alongside it whenever possible. Certain passages and Psalms are also grouped together according to corresponding themes as well. We hope this plan will be an encouragement to you as you journey through the story of the Bible.

Bible & Church History Timeline

This Timeline looks at all of history from a Biblical and Christian perspective. Containing timelines for both the Bible and all of church history to the present, we've done the best we can to arrange Biblical figures and events with their corresponding dates as accurately as possible. The Biblical timeline lists key Biblical figures, prophets, kings, events and relevant kings of empires during that era. The church history timeline consists of key church fathers, historical figures, the line of popes as well as rulers of the Roman and Byzantine empires during that time. The goal is to help you piece together key Biblical and historical events with their corresponding kings, prophets and historical figures at the time.
